For Mail Order:
1. Make your selection and email us your request at partners@stateoftheartsfl.com. You may also call us at 904 273 4409 or 904 246 8676.
2. We will confirm your selection and email you with the cost of shipping and handling.
3. Mail your money order or cashier's check for the total amount to: State of the Arts, 101 Camino Trail, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida 32082.
4. As soon as your check has cleared the bank we will ship your item, packaged and insured when applicable.
5. RETURN POLICY: If you receive your art and discover that it does not meet your needs we expect you to return the item to us, packaged appropriately and in the condition it was sent to you, postmarked no later than 14 days after we have mailed it to you. This "return by" date will be stated on your packing slip. Your full refund will be made promptly upon return of the item. However, we will not reimburse return shipping costs but, if applicable, will reimburse you for insurance. If you do not return the item as stated, it will be necessary for us to retain your payment.
For Buyers in Northeast Florida:
1. Depending upon your location and the item purchased, delivery to your door may be an option at our discretion. You may also call us to discuss other options to see the artwork.
2. Depending upon your location, we are also willing to bring any selected items to your home so that you can see how they look in the space you planned to put them. This enables you to choose between real pieces of artwork rather than photographs of the art.
3. We reserve the right to request a cashier's check or money order for these purchases although we will consider accepting personal checks.
